• Baby onions,peeled 250 grams
• Baby potatoes,boiled and peeled 250 grams
• Butter 2 tablespoons
• Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt to taste
• Parsley few sprigs
• Crushed black peppercorns to taste
• Cream 1/4 cup
Heat butter in a non stick pan, add onions, sugar, salt and mix. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Chop parsley finely.
Add potatoes and freshly crushed black peppers and toss. Add ¼ cup cream and toss. Add parsley and mix. Serve hot.
