Ingredients
• Broken wheat (dalia/lapsi) 1 cup
• Fresh pineapple puree 1 cup
• Ghee 1/4 cup
• Milk 3 cups
• Sugar 3 cups
• Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
• Almonds,finely chopped 1 teaspoon
• Pistachios,finely chopped 1 teaspoon
Method
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add broken wheat and sauté till light brown. Add milk, pineapple puree, two cups of water and sugar. Stir till all the liquid evaporates and broken wheat gets completely cooked. Add green cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios. Mix well and serve hot.
