Fish soup batam

Indeed, many different kinds of soup, but the soup was a little different this time. Because using batam fish as the main ingredient.

200 grams snapper fillet, slice wide sloping
100 grams of squid, cut into rings
100 grams of peeled shrimp, remove the skin, leaving the tail, slice back
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1500 ml of water
1 tablespoon dried shrimp, roasted and mashed
2 tablespoons fried shallots, finely knead
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
100 grams of salted cabbage, washed, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon fish sauce
3 green tomatoes, cut into pieces
3 shaft (15 grams) of basil, petiki

How to make:
Marinate snapper, squid, and shrimp with lime juice and salt. Set aside.
Boil water, dried shrimp, fried onions, salt, and pepper to a boil and fragrant.
Enter snapper, squid, and shrimp. Cook until it changes color. Add mustard sauce, fish sauce, and green tomatoes. Cook until soft and boiling.
**** Add basil leaves. Stir well. Serve warm.
